As a Travel Assistant, you will play a key role in helping clients plan and coordinate their travel experiences. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel who are eager to learn the industry. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with scheduling and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to gather travel preferences and requirements
  • Research and provide clients with information on travel options, destinations, and itineraries
  • Handle booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations as needed
  • Ensure smooth and efficient coordination of all travel details
