Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking self-motivated individuals for a remote career with upside. This inbound seat talks with people who requested help on financial-protection options and is designed for coachable, camera-friendly teammates.

You will follow a written process, be coached by practitioners who have done the work, and have a path into leadership if you perform. Interviews are on Zoom and supervision is not constant.

Qualifications

• Must be competitive and coachable.
• Comfortable on camera and able to engage prospects remotely.
• Able to follow a written process and maintain a clean follow-up rhythm.

• Take requested conversations—no cold lists.
