Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring a remote-first independent contractor to serve union members, credit union clients, and veterans nationwide with supplemental benefits. You will discuss client needs via Zoom, enroll clients, and provide ongoing support.

Training, licensing guidance, and advancement opportunities are provided, with performance-based compensation and inbound leads. No prior insurance experience is required; licenses must be obtained where applicable, and all training is included.

• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
