This remote, flexible role pays independent contractors $13 per hour.

Essential Functions

  4. Retrieve information to assist caregivers with payroll inquiries.
  5. Use de-escalation techniques for upset or frustrated callers.
  6. Guide caregivers and patients to resolve issues effectively.
  7. Document information and outcomes as needed.

About You

You should have at least one year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and troubleshooting abilities. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A focus on quality and achieving first call resolution.
  • Comfort working with numbers and discussing payments.

Computer Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported)
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Processors: 6 cores
  • Hard Drive: At least 500MB free space
  • Sound card (standard on most computers)
  • Up-to-date antivirus software
