Founded in 2010, Gokul Infocare is an Australian-based company providing services across various sectors including SAP, GIS, IoT, Asset Tracking, IT Recruitment, and Artificial Intelligence Applications. We have also diversified into Health Services, Real Estate, and Mortgage.


Job Details:

Gokul Infocare has designed the Career Launch Program to help recent graduates, individuals returning from a career break, and career switchers gain hands-on practical experience and develop the skills necessary for a successful professional journey.

The candidates will have the opportunity to work on Gokul Infocare's extensive projects, enhancing their skill sets and gaining a comprehensive understanding of Software Development, Data Research, AI projects, Health Sector, IT Recruitment, Marketing, and Real Estate.

The duration of the program is 6 months, after which candidates will receive a Certificate and a job offer from Gokul Infocare.

A stipend of INR 15,000 per month will be provided during the program.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Graduate or above (Students/2025 Graduates are NOT eligible)
  • Must be able to work 8 hours (Work From Home), Monday to Saturday, starting any time between 6AM and 7AM
  • Must have own laptop/PC with a fast internet connection
  • Willing to work across all our business sectors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to join within less than 2 weeks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player, professional, and self-learner

Please note that all the above are mandatory. If you do not meet all requirements, this position is not suitable for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing accurate and up-to-date data across platforms like Pracsoft, MedicalDirector Clinical, Xero, PRODA, and Jibble, supporting daily operations and ensuring data integrity.
  • Supporting various aspects of our Medical Practice, Software Development, IT Recruitment, Website management, and Real Estate operations.
  • Working independently with provided support and engaging in self-learning.
  • Receiving detailed instructions and training, with opportunities to further develop skills.
  • Optional: Developing software applications using Python, Java, Web, or Android to meet business needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduates (excluding 2025) with a minimum GPA of 7.5 and programming development skills.
  • Experienced candidates with programming development skills.

Location of Work: Permanent Work From Home

Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8 hours a day (preferably candidates who can start between 6-7 AM)

Joining Date: Immediate to less than 2 weeks. Applications with notice periods longer than 2 weeks will not be considered.

Remuneration:

  • First 6 months: INR 15,000/month
  • After 6 months: INR 20,000/month
  • Annual salary increase of 20%

Selection Process:

  1. Task 1: Evaluate your knowledge in Data Operations
  2. Task 2: Assess your Data Operation proficiency
  3. Zoom interview with HR
  4. Zoom interview with Project Manager

Task 1 Details:

Choose one of the following tasks:

  1. A. Research Australian data and compile a spreadsheet with columns for State/Territories, Short Name, Capital City, Current Premier, Past Premier, and Ruling Party. Format the header with a yellow background, center-aligned, uppercase, with black text. Alternate row formatting: title case, different font colors, and font styles per row.
  2. B. Submit a video or PowerPoint presentation of at least 3 minutes, showcasing a graduation project with audio narration.
  3. C. Research the software 'Pracsoft' and create a 3-minute video or presentation explaining its functionality.
