Job summary

Commercial Metals Company in Colorado is seeking an experienced Plant/Manufacturing Manager to optimize equipment performance and lead production teams with a focus on safety and quality.

You will coordinate with engineering and maintenance, develop budgets, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environment at a Fortune 500 company, with opportunities for training and advancement into senior operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management.
• Strong mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
• Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
