Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic math and measuring with tape.
• Able to read blueprints/CAD drawings used for precast production.
• Experience with hand tools, saws, air tools or grinders preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up steel forms, cut and tie rebar/steel mesh, and pour concrete into molds.
• Read blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Rework and patch products to meet standards.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on site.
• Be a team player and assist as needed; maintain regular attendance.
