Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure is seeking a hands-on worker to produce a wide variety of pre-cast products daily to established standards and quality specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up steel forms, reading blueprints, operating forklifts, and patching and reworking concrete products. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to schedules, with regular attendance required.

Qualifications

• Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders is preferred, not required
• Experience working with concrete would be preferred, not required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

Responsibilities

• Set up steel forms including cutting and tying rebar/steel mesh caging and pouring concrete into molds
• Read blue prints and CAD drawings
• Rework and patch product
• Operate heavy duty industrial equipment including forklifts
• General housekeeping
• Be a team player and willing to help out as needed and requested
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this position.
