Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking Wet Utilities Engineers and Designers of all levels to join their dynamic team in Montgomery, Alabama. The position involves working on exciting alternative delivery projects, including significant mega-projects.

The ideal candidates will possess relevant education and experience, ranging from CAD Designers to Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Engineers. A hybrid work arrangement is available, and relocation support may be provided.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering + 2 years for Junior Engineers.
• BS in Engineering + 6 years for Mid-Level Engineers.
• BS in Engineering + 10 years for Senior Engineers.

Job Summary

We are enthusiastically searching for all levels of Wet Utilities Engineers and Designers to join our growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.

Key Roles

• Junior level, mid-level and senior level Wet Utilities Engineers
• Wet Utilities CAD Designers

Desired Skillsets

• Experience in large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects
• Experience with Bentley Microstation
• Experience in conveyance systems design for highways
• Experience with design of all components of a highway water and sewer utility system in coordination with environmental, roadway, structures, signing, MOT, and temporary drainage
• Experience on a highway design for conveyance (manholes, pipes, distribution lines)

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
  • CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • EIT Certification or PE License
  • State DOT experience
  • Experience using ORD software
