Job description

We are currently seeking Wet Stock Management Analysts to provide 1st line support to Gilbarco Veeder-Root's EMEA customers enrolled in Wet Stock Management Services. These include Forecourt Operators and fuel systems. The Analyst will identify, investigate, close out, and provide solutions to system-generated alarms and customer-reported incidents. Responsibilities include technical support involving on-site engineers, assisting with investigations, managing closed-loop data, and supporting the service account manager by providing monthly statistical reports and customer-requested data.

We require 24/7 coverage, with shifts from 0600-1400, 1400-2200, and 2200-0600, remotely based.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in implementing effective management controls and monitor customer accounts through regular reporting and daily management activities.
2. Monitor and analyze live wet stock alarms within set time limits.
3. Provide specialist support to field personnel to help identify and resolve customer site issues.
4. Ensure follow-up and resolution for identified issues and deviations.
5. Complete all daily operational tasks, including customer reporting requirements, in a timely manner.
6. Support field test activities and site enrollments for new services as needed.
7. Troubleshoot remote communication issues, primarily related to modem and TCP/IP protocols.
