Wet Process Operator - Plating

Job Purpose:

Operate copper and gold plating lines for the printed circuit board industry.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated plating lines efficiently.
• Previous experience with manual plating is preferred.
• Know how to make chemical additions for copper or gold plating and adhere to all safety requirements when handling chemicals.

Education and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in copper or gold plating functions.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Understand process travelers, customer specifications, and tolerances.

Salary Range (annual): $43,680 - $49,920. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, PTO, and possibly stock awards or bonuses.
