Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Wet Process Operator (Sander) to join our manufacturing team. You will wet sand by hand, set up and operate the Jitterbug and Mass Semi-automatic equipment, read process procedures, and help maintain quality documentation.

This is a 2nd shift role, Monday–Friday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm, with mandatory weekend overtime when production requires. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be able to work safely around chemicals, wear PPE, and thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as instructed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
• Wet sand by hand using grit sand paper.
• Set up and operate Jitterbug and Mass Semi-automatic with minimal supervision.
• Use measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes.
• Visually inspect panel’s quality and make required adjustments.
• Discontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management.
• Perform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by Process Procedure.
• Accurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation.
• Assist other operators, when time allows.

Essential Job Functions

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.

Work schedule is 2nd Shift | Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required, in support of departmental and company goals.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds.
• Able to repeatedly walk approximately 20 feet to load/ unload etcher.
• Able to walk-in uneven flooring.
• Able to work with chemicals.

Compensation/Benefits

California Pay Range: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour USD | DOE

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
