Job summary

Qualifications

• Internal certification in Polymerization Room operation.
• Internal certification in safe use of forklifts.
• Internal certification in safe use of overhead cranes.
• Internal certification in use of trash compactor.
• Able to read tape measure with decimal and fraction scale.
• Capable of computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and KBM.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping of work area and production lines.
• Assist Group Lead in setting up lines and adjust settings to optimize run efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting upset conditions with maintenance or production teams.
• Support Wet End personnel to perform duties and remove barriers.
• Assist in training new Wet End personnel.
• Stand in for Wet End Group Lead when absent.
• Fill in for other Wet End positions as needed.
• Assist in startups, shutdowns and changeovers.
• Set up production lines for the next scheduled run.
