Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a Natural Science.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or process environment.
• Interest in coating, mixing, or continuous manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of data-driven process analysis and KPIs.
• Structured, analytical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for and further develop an industrial wet coating process for electrode foils
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret process and production data to ensure stable manufacturing operations, while developing and enhancing KPIs
• Analyze process deviations and derive and implement appropriate corrective actions to improve process stability
• Optimize process parameters in close collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering
• Support process trials, production start–ups, and the introduction of new materials or product variants
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality across the entire process chain, including upstream and downstream process steps
