Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc in Westport, CT is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the front line. You will represent the Rhone principles—Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered—and share your passion for fitness with customers.

As part of the store team, you will educate customers on product features, build relationships, and provide tailored recommendations while supporting store operations and visual standards.

• Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas.

About The Role

The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. Job Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• The pay range for this position is $17 - $22 per hour
