Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the frontlines. You will embody our values—Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered—and act as an ambassador to educate customers about fitness-oriented products.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Primary location is Derby Street Shops, Hingham, MA, with pay between $17 and $22 an hour.

About The Role

The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Sales Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

Job Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly


• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality


• Ability to lift 25 pounds


• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States


• Must be 18 years of age or older
