This leader will shape worship environments that are biblically faithful, spiritually formative, musically excellent, and deeply connected to Westover’s purpose of developing maturing followers of Jesus Christ. The Pastor of Worship will regularly lead weekend worship, oversee service planning, develop staff and volunteers, and help the congregation respond to God with heart, mind, and life.
