The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Job Summary
The WesternU MTM call center patient advocate will be responsible for calling patients regarding medication adherence such as 90-day fills, no refills, PDC challenges, and concerns regarding newly started medications.
The patient advocate will be assigned patients from the MTM call center team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required Qualifications
A licensed pharmacist or a recent grad from the class of 2022 with an active intern license.
