The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.

Job Summary

The WesternU MTM call center patient advocate will be responsible for calling patients regarding medication adherence such as 90-day fills, no refills, PDC challenges, and concerns regarding newly started medications.

The patient advocate will be assigned patients from the MTM call center team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Be a licensed pharmacist or a recent grad from class of 2022 with an active intern license.
  • Have a good clinical understanding of chronic diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and hypertension
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work and learn in a team environment
