Job description

Search Solution Group is seeking a Western Regional Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a leading provider of LED lighting products serving a range of industries including residential, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors. This role is pivotal in expanding the company's market share across the Western United States by driving regional sales performance, nurturing distributor and representative relationships, and achieving aggressive growth targets. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while maintaining high accountability and impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive LED lighting product sales across the Western U.S. region

Focus exclusively on indoor and outdoor LED lighting and lighting controls.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key distributor partners and independent sales representatives.

Meet or exceed annual sales goals, with a targeted 30%!y(MISSING)ear-over-year growth.

Manage existing accounts and grow territory revenue, with particular focus on Northern California.

Identify and address performance challenges in territories experiencing stalled growth.

Collaborate cross-regionally and report weekly to the National Sales Manager. Requirements include :

Education :

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experience. Experience :

10+ years of sales experience in LED lighting.

Minimum of 3 years in a Regional Sales Manager role covering the Western U.S.

Demonstrated track record of consistent sales success and tenure in current and past roles. Skills :

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Technical proficiency in LED lighting systems and controls.

Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting performance metrics. Certifications :

Not required, though any certifications in lighting systems or electrical sales are a plus. Knowledge :

Deep understanding of the LED lighting industry and distribution network.

Familiarity with working through independent sales reps and distributor models in assigned states. Key Competencies :
