Dallas Market Center is seeking a creative Western Bedding Designer for the Paseo Road brand. This primarily freelance role focuses on print designs for bedding collections, with collaboration across sales, creative, and sourcing to meet brand quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing cohesive bedding designs, presenting concept boards to leadership, working with factories, and traveling to markets as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Textile Design or related field.
• 3–5 years textile design experience, preferably bedding.
• Expert Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Experience developing products directly with factories.
• Strong understanding of PD lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Technical knowledge of textiles, fabrics, weaves, printing, and manufacturing.
• Able to design across aesthetics; work independently and in a fast-paced team.
