Konecranes is seeking a Safety Manager to lead health and safety programs across multiple sites in the West Territory, including MN. You will drive OSHA and MSHA compliance, conduct risk assessments, and develop improvement plans with site leaders.

Responsibilities include audits, training coordination, incident investigations, and reporting. Travel ~50% is required, and a CSP/OHST/CHST CMSP or equivalent is advantageous.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive safety management in industrial services or mining.
• Experience with OSHA and MSHA standards.
• Safety certifications such as CSP, OHST, CHST and CMSP are a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Provide safety leadership across the area of responsibility.
• Audit MSHA Part 46/48 training plans and ensure compliance.
• Train branch managers and coordinate training logistics.
• Develop MSHA trainer partnerships with external and client sites.
• Manage MSHA forms 7000-1 and 7000-2 submissions.
• Lead safety meetings, audits, risk assessments at sites.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with local management on safety improvements.
• Support safety director and participate in client meetings.
• Represent the company with MSHA, OSHA, Cal/OSHA regulators.
