Rewiring America is seeking a Policy Manager, West to lead policy campaigns in Colorado, Oregon and Washington, and to develop strategic advocacy across state lines. You will manage cross‑functional work with teams and external partners, delivering policy analyses and coordinated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant legislative work experience in climate or electrification policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organization and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy campaigns in priority Western states (CO, OR, WA).
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and coalitions.
• Produce policy analyses and write concise briefings and memos.
• Support grant reporting with documentation of policy developments.
