Join to apply for the West Palm Beach #11 Line Cook role at Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc.

Flanigan’s prides itself on made-from-scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portion sizes, and positive, high-energy kitchen vibes. We’re always looking for talented and passionate cooks to join our BOH family and accurately prepare the dishes guests love at Flanigan’s.

Responsibilities
  1. Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
  2. Prepare menu items according to the company recipe manual and plate presentation standards.
  3. Ensure rotation of all products and stock items to maintain kitchen efficiency.
  4. Complete assigned prep work, stock and set up stations as necessary.
  5. Transport items to and from the kitchen, assist vendors with unloading deliveries.
  6. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout the shift.
  7. Break down and clean all stations at closing.
  8. Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  9. Stand and walk for 100% of the shift, with ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
  10. Read and communicate effectively in English, including reading recipes, labels, and POS orders.
  11. Operate kitchen machinery safely and work with hot plates, pots, pans, and sharp utensils.
  12. Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift and hold items weighing up to 5 lbs. for extended periods.
  13. Work in high-temperature, damp environments indoors and outdoors.
  14. Assist with dishwashing and cleaning as needed.
  15. Complete and pass a food safety certification program.

  • Five-day work week with two consecutive days off.
