Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Recruiting Ops.
• Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, fast-paced team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across time zones and video setups.
• Serve as primary candidate contact during scheduling.
• Manage recruiting team calendars to avoid conflicts.
• Partner with hiring managers on availability and interview preferences.
• Send reminders to candidates and interviewers.
• Handle last-minute rescheduling with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
