HR Business Partner (West Region)
Canopy is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing portfolio of tree care companies across the Western U.S. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Chief People Officer and works closely with regional leadership. You’ll act as the primary HR contact for the West Region (~250 employees), building relationships and implementing people strategies.
This remote role requires based in the Pacific or Mountain time zones, with monthly travel to company sites and quarterly trips to Chicago HQ.
You will handle daily HR support and lead projects like developing performance management tools, compensation models, and career frameworks. Strong execution skills and adaptability are essential.
