Job summary

Sugar Mountain is seeking a driven sales professional to grow Beecher’s Handmade Cheese across the West Coast. You will own key customer relationships, pursue new accounts and distribution, and expand opportunities with grocery and foodservice partners.

Based in the Pacific Northwest with 50%+ travel, you’ll leverage data to drive growth, manage investments for profitability, and serve as an ambassador for Beecher’s and our mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CPG, grocery, specialty food, foodservice, or food distribution sales.
• Proven track record of building business, growing accounts, and creating opportunities.
• Comfortable in the field with travel (50%+).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Beecher’s cheese business across the West Coast.
• Build relationships with grocery, foodservice, distributor, and specialty food customers.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Expand distribution, assortment, and sales with existing accounts.
• Spend time in market with customers, distributors, and retailers to see opportunities firsthand.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage customer investments focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
• Take ownership of priorities, performance metrics, opportunities and risks—ambassador for Beecher’s and its mission.
