Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle attorney recruiting for associate and counsel positions across California, Oregon, and Washington. The role partners with Recruiting Managers, attorneys, and leadership to identify candidates and deliver a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years of law firm recruiting, attorney recruiting, legal search, or related professional services recruiting experience preferred.
• Law firm or attorney search firm experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. Experience with viGlobal and iManage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process for associate and counsel positions across West Coast offices, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and hiring attorneys to understand needs and support objectives.
• Source and assess candidates, prepare summaries, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruiting lifecycle with a high-touch experience.
• Maintain relationships with search firms and other recruiting sources to support hiring needs.
• Support law student recruiting initiatives, including on-campus interviewing and Summer Clerk Program.
• Coordinate candidate and attorney communications and events for student recruiting activities.
• Partner with Recruiting team to ensure a consistent candidate and summer clerk experience across offices.
• Maintain complete and accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS and other tools.
• Monitor recruiting activity, pipelines, metrics, and generate regular reports.
