Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover West Broward is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers in the service drive, determine vehicle service needs, and ensure excellent customer experience. You will manage appointments, estimate times, and promote services and parts while maintaining accurate records and follow-up with customers.

The role emphasizes customer relations, professional communication, and adherence to service processes, with opportunities to grow within a highline dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years’ experience writing service with a highline dealership.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify information; follow service consultant processes.
• Plan and coordinate next-day appointments and reserve service slots.
• Answer service calls and follow up in a timely manner.
• Maintain service files and ensure accuracy before final scanning.
• Promote labor, parts, and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and completion times; obtain signatures on repair orders.
• Follow up on aging repair orders and report to Service Manager.
• Maintain CSI email capture and keep certifications up to date.
