Schedule: Flexible; on-call, fill-ins, weekends, and short-notice coverage

Position Overview: Caring Hands Home Health, Inc. is seeking dependable and adaptable Floater Caregiver to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for professionals who are flexible, quick to adjust, and passionate about delivering high-quality care across multiple client homes.

As a Floater, you will provide support where it is most needed—stepping in for open shifts, last-minute call-outs, or when client care needs change. This position requires a high level of responsibility, time management, and a willingness to travel within our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver compassionate, person-centered care in accordance with each client’s care plan
2. Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
3. Provide mobility assistance and medication reminders
4. Maintain clear communication with office staff and promptly report any changes in client condition
5. Travel to multiple client homes as needed

Qualifications:

1. CNA, PCA, or IHA experience (required)
2. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
3. Ability to pass a background check
4. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and short notice assignments
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
