Pilot Company in Richfield Township, OH is hiring for team-oriented roles in our fast-paced guest service environment. Provide fast, friendly, and clean service, stock inventory, and support food preparation while ensuring quality and safety.

This role involves operating registers, maintaining restaurant appearance, and delivering excellent guest service. Training is available, with opportunities to grow into other travel center and restaurant roles.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.20 - $16.53 / hour
