Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for an entry-level team member at our Bloomington, IL location. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly, and clean service to a diverse range of guests, from professional drivers to regular travelers.

You’ll assist with sales, food prep, and maintaining a welcoming environment. We offer weekly pay, a 15 cent fuel discount, free daily meals, affordable health plans for full-time team members, paid time off, and family leave.
