Job summary

Wendy's is looking for a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team in Lansdale, PA. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with weekend/evening flexibility. You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and coach crew members to uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, a hands-on attitude, and strong problem-solving skills. We value flexibility and a team-first mindset.
