Job summary

Wendy's in Clinton, NJ is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to guide daily shifts, motivate the team, and deliver friendly, fast-paced guest experiences at a top-fast-food brand.

You will train and coach crew members, maintain food safety and brand standards, manage performance, and support the General Manager with daily operations.

Requirements include 2+ years of leadership in a QSR, a high school diploma or GED, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
