Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring team members to provide fast, friendly, and clean service at our Wendy's restaurant in our travel centers. The role offers starting pay between $15.15 and $19.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and various benefits.

You will help maintain inventory, operate cash registers, and uphold a welcoming dining area. The ideal candidate delivers excellent guest service, can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and enjoys teamwork.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays (preferred).
