WendWell Health is seeking dynamic and motivated sales team leaders and agencies to join our team as WendWell Health Distributors/Agencies. As a WendWell Health Distributor/Agency - Sales Team Manager, you will lead your team of agents dedicated to promoting and enrolling eligible customers into Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans. This role involves managing your team of sales representatives, ensuring compliance, providing strategic locations for operations, and overseeing recruitment and training. The primary focus is on driving enrollments for our exclusive partners' ACA-compliant healthcare plans while ensuring adherence to all company policies and standards.
Performance-Based: Earnings are directly tied to the sales team's performance with no cap on potential income. Distributors/Agencies can earn between $125,000 and $500,000+ annually in revenue, depending on the number of enrollments facilitated by their sales teams.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or a related field. Must be comfortable with a 100% uncapped commission-based compensation structure and motivated by performance-driven earnings. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
