Overview

WendWell Health is seeking dynamic sales team leaders and agencies to join as Distributors/Agencies. As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of agents promoting and enrolling customers into ACA healthcare plans. Responsibilities include managing your team, ensuring compliance, recruiting and training, and overseeing operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Management: Recruit at least 5 sales representatives, develop strategies to build a strong team, and support their performance to meet enrollment targets. Recruit across state, regional, and national levels, establishing multi-office teams.
  2. Training and Compliance: Conduct training on ACA products, sales techniques, and regulatory standards. Ensure team adherence to policies and ongoing education.
  3. Location Management: Identify and secure strategic sales locations nationwide, collaborating with local businesses and community centers.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, report progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Customer Relations: Foster positive community relationships, address inquiries, and implement retention strategies.
  6. Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing to develop campaigns using social media, events, and community outreach.
Market Presence & Compensation

Specify operational cities/states aligning with our approved markets, including California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Michigan, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, and more. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped earnings, potential between $125,000 and $500,000+ annually, depending on enrollments. No inventory required.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
  • Comfort with uncapped commission structures and motivated by performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance is a plus.
