Overview

WendWell Health is seeking dynamic sales team leaders and agencies to join as Distributors/Agencies. As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of agents promoting and enrolling customers into ACA healthcare plans. Responsibilities include managing your team, ensuring compliance, overseeing recruitment and training, and driving enrollments for our partners’ ACA plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and maintain at least 5 sales representatives, developing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage and support your team to meet enrollment targets.
  • Recruit agents statewide, regionally, and nationally, establishing multi-office teams across various locations.
  • Conduct training on ACA products, sales techniques, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Implement ongoing educational initiatives.
  • Identify and secure strategic locations for sales activities across US cities, regions, and states.
  • Coordinate with local businesses and community centers for sales venues.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly to management.
  • Take corrective actions when performance issues arise.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and communities.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Use social media, local events, and community partnerships for promotion.
Sales Team Growth & Market Presence

Specify your operational cities and states, ensuring alignment with our approved regions, including California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Michigan, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, and more.

Compensation
  • Performance-based earnings with no cap.
  • Potential to earn between $125,000 and $500,000+ annually, depending on enrollments.
  • Enrolling 200+ customers weekly can lead to high earnings.
