Overview

WendWell Health is seeking dynamic and motivated sales team leaders and agencies to join our team as WendWell Health Distributors/Agencies. As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead a team of agents dedicated to promoting and enrolling eligible customers into ACA healthcare plans. Responsibilities include managing your team, ensuring compliance, supporting recruitment and training, and driving enrollments for our partners' ACA plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Management: Actively recruit and maintain at least 5 sales representatives; develop strategies to attract top talent; support team performance; recruit across states and regions, establishing multi-office presence.
  2. Training and Compliance: Conduct training on ACA products, sales techniques, and compliance; ensure adherence to policies; implement ongoing educational initiatives.
  3. Strategic Location Management: Identify and secure strategic locations nationwide; collaborate with local businesses and community centers for sales venues.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales metrics; provide regular reports; implement corrective actions when needed.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships; address inquiries and complaints; promote customer loyalty.
  6. Marketing and Promotion: Work with marketing to develop campaigns; utilize social media, events, and community partnerships.
Sales Team Growth & Market Presence

You must specify your target cities/states, ensuring your applications align with our approved regions, including California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Michigan, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, and more.

Compensation

Performance-based with no cap; potential earnings between $125,000 and $500,000+ annually depending on enrollments; high earning potential with bonuses; teams enrolling 200+ customers weekly can achieve these earnings.
