Overview

WendWell Health seeks dynamic sales leaders and agencies to join as Distributors/Agencies. As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead your team to promote and enroll eligible customers into ACA healthcare plans, manage recruitment, ensure compliance, and oversee strategic locations for operations across the US, including California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Michigan, North Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Management: Recruit and maintain at least 5 sales representatives. Develop strategies for attracting top talent and managing performance to meet enrollment targets. Recruit at statewide, regional, and national levels, establishing multi-office teams.
  2. Training and Compliance: Conduct training on ACA products, sales techniques, and compliance. Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards. Keep the team updated on industry changes.
  3. Strategic Location Management: Identify and secure locations for outreach, coordinating with local businesses and community centers to maximize enrollments.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, report progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Customer Relationships: Build positive community relationships, address inquiries, and promote customer loyalty.
  6. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns using social media, events, and community partnerships.
Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based with no cap, earning potential between $125,000 and $500,000+ annually depending on enrollments. Benefits include comprehensive training, weekly payments, marketing resources, and no inventory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
  • Comfort with uncapped commission structures and motivated by performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance is a plus.
