Job summary

LILT is seeking a Welsh native voice talent to support AI voice cloning and TTS training. This remote, contract-based role values expressive, friendly narration and fast turnaround on project tasks. You will deliver voice samples and adhere to technical requirements for file formats and naming conventions.

Ideal candidates will have prior voice work, access to a quality home setup, and willingness to participate in tests and licensing discussions for AI use of your voice.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Welsh speaker.
• Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting or streaming.
• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup.
• Able to follow recording technical requirements (volume, format, naming, gaps).
• Able to provide demo or voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with tight delivery deadlines.
• Open to licensing voice for AI/TTS training.
• May undergo a test in our module before vetting.
