Job summary

rwdyinc is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II - WellView Advisor to deliver WellView training and user support across Drilling & Completions, in field and office settings. You will be the WellView subject matter expert for workflows, data standards, reporting, audits, and user adoption.

This role trains new employees and technicians, develops guides, and provides 24/7 support with IT backup, coordinating with operations, analysts, and tech teams.

Qualifications

• WellView knowledge including data management, reporting, and query building.
• Drilling and completions knowledge.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotation and respond to support callouts.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees, Operations Technicians, and field users; track onboarding progress.
• Support WellView reporting, query development, and data extraction requests.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and quick reference documents.
• Support WellView data standardization, including library picklists and recurring cost initiatives; coordinate with Regulatory Group.
• Provide 24/7 WellView support as needed, partnering with operations, analysts and technical teams to improve data quality.
