Job summary

Airswift is a global workforce solutions provider focused on energy, process and infrastructure sectors. The WellView Advisor will train users, manage data and develop reports to support drilling and completions operations across field and office locations.

This 1-year contract role requires strong WellView expertise, training delivery ability and the capacity to work in a rotating shift with call-out support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong working and technical knowledge of the WellView application suite, including data management, reporting and query building.
• Knowledge of drilling and completions operations.
• Previous experience or understanding of well servicing operations.
• Experience delivering training to field and office personnel across operating locations.
• Experience supporting data standardization initiatives, reporting requests and user adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on WellView functionality, workflows and best practices.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides and quick reference documents.
• Deliver WellView reporting and data extraction support for users across locations.
• Assist in data standardization initiatives and respond to reporting requests.

Role overview:

This opportunity focuses on WellView training, user support, data management and reporting across drilling and completions operations. The role supports both field and office environments, helping drive data quality, standardized workflows and effective user adoption. This position offers broad exposure to WellView functionality, query development, training delivery and operational support in a technically demanding setting.

Required Experience:
