Job description

Role Overview

Summary of Job: We are seeking a CRNA to join our collaborative team at Wellstar Spalding Regional Hospital in Griffin, GA. The role offers a high level of autonomy with no medical direction, and an a la carte pay system including call and extra pay opportunities. We welcome team players willing to learn new skills. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, with call starting at 3 pm until 7 am. Weekend shifts include 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday, with CRNA and MD on call simultaneously. The CRNA will work independently on OB/OR cases, with MD supervision, and will receive a beeper for home call.

Compensation: New graduates earn a base of $200,000. Experienced CRNAs earn between $205,000 and $245,000. Additional income of $39,000 is available for call (OB proficient required). A $40,000 retention bonus and end-of-year bonus are also offered. PTO is 6 weeks.
