Sun Tan City is looking for energetic team members in Tennessee. Starting pay is $10.00 per hour with performance bonuses that can raise earnings to about $13.00 per hour. Training is provided, with periodic raises after a 90-day introductory period and biannual reviews.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to engage with clients and build relationships.
• Ability to meet minimum sales requirements.
• Team player in fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
