Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods (7+ hours).
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Educate customers on tanning rules and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon.
- Handle cash and assist with opening/closing tasks.
- Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
