Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) in Sitka, AK is seeking a Wellness Support Program Associate Program Coordinator to support the WSP Program Coordinator in delivering relapse prevention and early recovery skills. You will supervise the Resident Support Specialists, mentor the WSP team, and help ensure high-quality service delivery across the program.

This role requires evenings/weekends availability for a 24/7 program, collaboration with Behavioral Health SUD leadership, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Preferred: 2 years' professional experience and 1 year of leadership in behavioral health or related field.
• Chemical Dependency Counselor I certification (or equivalent) by the State of Alaska, a reciprocal state, or eligibility within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for daily operations of the WSP.
• Supervise Resident Support Specialists and mentor staff.
• Plan and coordinate program activities while ensuring resource availability and adherence to protocols.
• Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
• Maintain confidential records and monitor expenditures per budget.
