Responsibilities
  • Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' needs.
  • Ensure respectful, quality care and dignity for residents.
  • Maintain consistent quality care across shifts, stepping into caregiver roles as needed.
  • Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers; provide ongoing training.
  • Oversee medication management, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Hold an active LPN/LVN license and have 1-2 years relevant experience.
Additional Details

Salary range: $35.00 - $44.58/hour. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the healthcare industry, specifically in hospitals and health care services.
