Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is hiring for part-time positions in the Hill Country Galleria area. You will engage customers, sell wellness services, and set up appointments in a fast-paced boutique health space.

The role requires 15-20 hours weekly with AM/PM shifts, including some weekends. Training is provided, and you’ll gain hands-on experience in infrared, red light therapy, and chromotherapy. Parking is easy and the team fosters a wellness-focused community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service in boutique health and fitness.
• Willingness to work 15-20 hours per week with AM/PM/weekend shifts.
• Familiarity with scheduling/timesheet tools MindBody Online, Axle CRM, Homebase.
• Interest in IR, Red Light Therapy, and chromotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Sell services and set up appointments for leads.
• Provide excellent customer service in a wellness boutique setting.
• Collaborate with team for a smooth guest experience and operations.
