The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, strong knowledge of vitamins and holistic wellness, and proven leadership. Experience with POS, Shopify, Amazon is a plus. Full-time, with Saturday rotation; hourly pay $28.85–$33.65.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of vitamins, nutritional supplements, herbal products, and holistic wellness.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems; experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure exceptional customer service and overall store performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop a team of 5–8 retail associates.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and product presentation.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with company procedures.
• Support and grow online sales through Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Educate customers on vitamins, supplements, herbal products, and natural wellness solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate promotions, educational events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational success.
