Job summary

FP Movement in Wellesley, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service and store operations, creating an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness and happiness.

You will lead the team, drive customer engagement, and ensure seamless omni-channel experiences through MPOS, POS, and FP App, while upholding brand standards and a commitment to community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador and reflects company values, creating an engaging visual experience for FP Movement customers.
• Drives selling initiatives and builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to build bench for the store.
• Manages daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and inventory to ensure efficient store performance.
• Maintains safety standards, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
